Guarantee of Satisfaction

We guarantee full customer satisfaction. If you receive a stock found to be unsatisfactory for any reason, contact us immediately. If for any reason a stock is returned, a correct replacement, refund*, or other satisfactory adjustment will be promptly forthcoming.

All merchandise is guaranteed for either a replacement or a refund. Unsatisfactory merchandise must be returned in a reasonable period of time and in good condition. Replacement or refund* may not apply to merchandise which has been damaged, mutilated, or defaced. Custom machining, special features, fitting charges, and other extras are at the discretion of the seller. Returns are subject to a restocking charge. All sales subject to service charge.


*Due to some customers taking excessive advantage of our refund policy, we will no longer be issuing refunds for “custom” work. If there is a problem with any custom project, we will work with you to resolve the matter and provide you with the correct stock. All stock items, unless noted otherwise, will still carry our standard guarantee.
